are needed.
Bill Mount gave a report on the Arts festival. The festival will
only be cancelled for high winds and/or very heavy rain. It will
be announced on DBCA web site and all vendors will be called. There
will not be much surplus this year as many suppliers have raised
their prices. This festival is very popular and crafters return
year after year. The quality of crafters has improved and they come
from many different states. DBCA may think about expanding this
festival. If the festival is cancelled this year, it will not be
rescheduled.
The Holiday committee will meet at Bobbie Newton’s office

Old Business:
Parking survey will be included in Borough newsletter. The Revitalization
Board is trying to distribute these surveys throughout town. Surveys
will be available for the town merchants to distribute as well.

options for the new justice center.
